Welcome to the NCC unit of our college,as the largest uniformed youth organization in the world, the National Cadet Corps acts as a cornerstone for character building, leadership development, and nation-building among students. Our unit is dedicated to grooming the youth-'The Leaders of Tomorrow' - into disciplined, responsible, and patriotic citizens.

Aim

The National Cadet Corps aims to develop character, comradeship, discipline, leadership, secular outlook, spirit of adventure, and ideals of selfless service amongst the youth of the country. It strives to create a pool of organized, trained, and motivated youth with leadership qualities in all walks of life, who will serve the Nation regardless of which career they choose. The NCC also provides a suitable environment to motivate young Indians to take up a career in the Armed Forces.

Objectives

• Develop Character & Discipline: Instill values of honesty, integrity, responsibility, and respect for authority among cadets.
• Build Leadership Qualities: Provide training and opportunities that develop leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
• Promote National Integration: Foster a spirit of unity and secular outlook by bringing together cadets from different parts of the country and diverse backgrounds.
• Inculcate Spirit of Adventure: Encourage participation in camps, trekking, mountaineering, and other adventure activities to build courage and resilience.
• Encourage Social Service: Engage cadets in community development programs, blood donation, tree plantation, and disaster relief to nurture selfless service.
• Create Defence Awareness: Motivate and prepare interested youth to choose the Armed Forces as a career through exposure to military training and ethos.
