Tika ram girls college organized a 6 day yoga program under Har Ghar parivar Sury namaskar abhiyan . Under this program students performed surya namshkar 12 times daily and encouraged everyone for doing yoga on a regular basis for good mental and physical health. A total of 50 students along with teachers participated in this program.
