11th International yoga was celebrated in Tika Ram Girls College on 21st june 2025. Principal mam Smt Kanchan Sidhar , staff of Tika Ram Girls College along with 50 students participated in Yoga protocol of International Yoga Day which was executed by Dr. Suman Mann and Dr. Alka Dahiya . The theme of this yoga day was "One Earth One Health" and everyone took oath to follow this for their holistic well-being and health as `Pahla Sukh Nirogi Kaya`.
