The team of Tikaram Girls College secured the first position in the Inter College 10 km Cross Country organized by Maharshi Dayanand University. On reaching the college, Principal Mrs. Geeta congratulated the students and fed them sweets. Suman Maan, HOD of the Physical Department, told that this competition was held on 19.09.24 in Sports Complex Rohtak, in which MDU`s Vice-Chancellor Prof. Rajbir Singh inaugurated the 10-kilometer cross country by showing the university flag. Ankita, a student of B.P.Ed., got the first position in 10 km. Ankita completed this 10 km in 33 minutes. The vice chancellor honored the winning team by presenting them with a trophy and a medal. Ankita, Kamini, Anu, Khushi, Ishika, Sanjana, Suman, and Mandeep participated in the team and played an important role in making the team win. Teachers and non-teaching staff congratulated the team. Tikaram Education Society`s President, Sh. Surender Singh Dahiya, congratulated the students and wished them a bright future.
